La Clinique can also arrange for you to deliver the baby here in Shanghai at the main Rui Jin hospital.

Through the experience of one of our wives who did give birth at this hospital, we would advise that whilst La Clinique is extremely Western-orientated in its approach and its standard of service, moving across to the main hospital for delivery may not be everyone's choice.

So, we would most certainly recommend full pre-natal checks and counseling at La Clinique, the standard is extremely high and can most certainly - through our own experience - be relied upon. As for whether to deliver the baby here in Shanghai at the main hospital or not, we would leave that choice up to you
